[Battle for the Portal Pt1]

Overrated. Seriously.

I was SO underwhelmed by this movie.
Why do I have the feeling that it got such a great rating merely because of its mediocre 3d models?

The music stinks, the battle is uneventful randomness, and the animation is crap.

I know you probably put a lot of work into this, but i just feel that its not very good at all.

You at least make flash movies. So... I can't blame you if you don't like it. Some of the people don't make any and they think they're all big and bad because they can blam a kid's, yes, thats right, kid's movie.

great movie

if you want to avoid sound sync problems create a .001 second blank sound file, set it to stream, and loop it throughout the entire movie. set all other sounds to event and it will generally fix that issue.

i like the music

but why the black background? Im guessing you dont use transparent gifs for your sprites, so they would not have big ugly boxes around them when used on a sprite background.

suggestion though you may want to increase the fps on the movie; its pretty choppy and not because my computer is slow ;)

I know thrill, but come on would you rather have a flash movie with the boring storyline and then a fight scene or the fight scene separate so you get what you want? and I know I hate the to be continued stuff but the file size was a little to big, I was thinking about the 28.8 modem people out there

the model also doesnt look very sharp, like its smoothed on the box.

im sure of course this will get a good score because it is 3d, but the snowman sucked.
